what to expect and embody

This is a 10-day process I’ve chosen after experience — a rhythm that feels both deep and doable — to guide you through a full body–mind–spirit reset. It’s a living structure that adapts daily to you, while following a clear arc from arrival to integration.Day 1 – Arrival & Transition: A day to land — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Depending on your journey, this might mean extra rest for travel or jetlag recovery. We open space for introspection, complete personal questionnaires (if not done beforehand), and set the tone for the days ahead.

Days 2–8 – The Seven Chakras Exploration: Each day is dedicated to one of your body’s main energy centers, approached through both science and spirituality. We explore each chakra on 3 interconnected levels:BODY: Physical practices that release tension, boost vitality, and restore alignment, such as fasting, conscious movement, massage, and breathwork.MIND: Emotional and psychological work to identify and transform limiting patterns, freeing your nervous system from old imprints.SPIRIT: Practices that connect you to the deeper meaning of your life, using tools like astrology, meditation, ritual, and immersion in nature.

Day 9 – Wholeness & Integration: All seven chakras are activated together in a full recap, anchoring the shifts you’ve made and preparing for conscious re-entry into daily life.Day 10 – Departure & Re-entry: Check out, complete final reflections, and begin your journey home. Some visit the on-site boutique before leaving; others head straight to their next destination. Either way, this is where you start living the work outside the retreat space.

Now, each day is its own complete cycle — a microcosm of the whole journey. In the spirit of holism, the 3 dimensions of body, mind, and spirit are not separate blocks, but interwoven threads that move together through the natural arc of energy: from the spark of morning birth, to the fullness of the day, into the quiet descent of night and the dreaming state.A typical day begins in silence, tuning into the rhythm of the body, followed by morning practices that open energy flow. Midday brings learning and exploration — both scientific and experiential — and afternoons offer deeper personal sessions or integrative work. Evenings close with grounding rituals, preparing you for restorative sleep and vivid dreaming, so each night continues the work started during the day.
