This curiosity ignited a transformative journey that began with my pursuit of a Master's degree in Human Sciences, where I delved into Western philosophies and deepened my understanding of the human psyche.Over the years, I dedicated myself to over a decade of practice in Lacanian psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, humbly seeking insights into the complexities of the mind. Alongside this, I had the privilege of serving as a first responder at the 911 Emergency call center, providing critical crisis management and emotional support. Coping with the shock and emotional distress of that experience, I embarked on a dream journey by organizing a street arts festival in Ireland. This venture ultimately led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Affairs and Policies, marking a turning point in my life. Subsequently, I dedicated myself to curating art and outdoor festivals in France, where I orchestrated a variety of events encompassing dance, circus performances, and more. My primary goal was to create a sense of community among residents in remote areas, harnessing the transformative power of art and connection for collective healing.Following my partner with my 5-year-old child to Senegal, I immersed myself in the world of NGOs specializing in Emergency Allopathic Health. This experience exposed me to the intricate and sometimes paradoxical nature of emergency allopathic healthcare. My path took another profound turn when I accompanied my father through his battle with brain cancer, revealing the profound connection between emotional and physical health. This experience led me to explore the mind-body connection further, spending five years in the field of emotional release through bodywork therapy. With a growing passion for holistic understanding, I pursued a Master's degree in Applied Epigenetics, studying the intricate interplay between the environment, body, mind, and spirit. As a dual-certified Life and Health Coach, I've been honored to empower individuals on their transformative journeys. Now based in Costa Rica, surrounded by the nurturing embrace of nature, I'm humbly working on creating a space for healing retreats and fostering a conscious, supportive community. Currently, I'm dedicating my time to studying Trauma Release Therapy, enriched by a deep exploration of the therapeutic potential of psychedelics.Over the past two years, I’ve been immersed in plant medicine work, including a powerful initiatory journey in the Colombian jungle and the opportunity to assist a traditional medicine man during ceremonies supporting individuals facing extreme psychological challenges. These experiences offered me a profound understanding of the ways sacred plants can help restore the will to live and realign us with our essence. At the same time, I came to recognize that our healing doesn’t always require external substances. Through practices like Shamanic De-armoring and somatic therapy, I reconnected with the creative life force energy that lives within each of us — a path toward transformation that is deeply embodied, and often more accessible and sustainable.Today, I weave these threads together — plant wisdom, somatic intelligence, trauma-informed care, and ancestral ritual — into highly personalized healing journeys. I continue to train, explore, and refine my approach with humility and devotion, always in service of helping others remember their wholeness. My utmost dedication is to help individuals unlock their full vitality potential and find lasting happiness.Publications : 2023 - "Psychedelics and Adolescence: Therapeutic, Preventive, and Supportive Applications for Optimal Development and Living" - Thesis of Master Degree in Applied Epigenetics - on demand.2022 - "Should the baobab be the new West-African superfood?" in Tifa Journal - Winter 2022 p.7 HERE
