Full retreat price: $3,600 USD
Early bird offer: $3,333 USD
(for bookings made at least 2 months in advance)
To secure your place:
A 50% deposit is required (by bank transfer only).
The deposit is non-refundable, because only one (sometimes two) retreat per month is hosted — your booking blocks this space, making it impossible for someone else to join if you cancel.
The remaining balance is due one week before arrival.
All details for payment will be confirmed after our introductory call, once your questionnaire has been received and we’ve both agreed this retreat is right for you.
Your retreat fee covers everything you need for a seamless and transformative stay:
10 days / 9 nights of private accommodation in our natural eco-cabin (for one or two people).
An immersive experience of Costa Rican life outside of resorts — authentic, alternative, and close to nature.
3 one-on-one sessions per day (massage therapies, somatic release, rituals, movement, or coaching), plus my attentive presence 24/7 for the full 10 days.
Pedagogical transmissions on gut health, nervous system regulation, consent, and other key topics you can integrate for life.
Access to our intimate 16m² shala, fully dedicated to you during your retreat.
All plant-based meals, adapted to your process (from fasting or mono-meals to full nourishing plates, always aligned with epigenetic principles).
A healthy meal pack for your departure day, designed to support travel and digestion.
Round-trip transfers: from Liberia International Airport (LIR), Tamarindo Airport (TNO), or Santa Cruz if you arrive by bus from San José International Airport.
High-speed WiFi access at designated times if you need to stay connected.
All practice materials provided: yoga mat, props, ritual items...
And most importantly: a retreat designed uniquely for you, guided by your intentions and the wisdom of the present moment.
What is not included?
Flights to and from Costa Rica / Flights and buses from SJO to TNO
Travel insurance: we recommend purchasing your own coverage (medical, cancellation, luggage, etc.), as we cannot provide or cover this on your behalf
Personal expenses (souvenirs, optional excursions, etc.)
Yes, absolutely. Because this retreat is designed for one person or one couple at a time, there is flexibility to adjust the exact dates to match your travel schedule.
That said, there are a few conditions:
Early coordination is essential: the sooner you share your flight options, the easier it is to align.
Adjustments are possible within the limits of my physical and logistical availability — I only host one retreat per month.
The retreat must still follow its 10-day arc (arrival, deep process, integration, departure).
This flexibility is one of the unique benefits of a personalized retreat: the experience is all designed for you.
On platforms like BookRetreats you’ll see fixed dates for my retreats. This is simply how those platforms are set up. In reality, I only welcome one guest per month between December and July.
The exact 10-day period is flexible within each month, and we’ll choose together what works best after your application.

The idea is to keep it simple and light — especially if you wish to travel with carry-on luggage only. We take care of everything else.
Always greet locals with a smile and a warm “Buenos días” or “Buenas tardes.”
Casual dress is fine, but overly revealing clothing is not well seen in the village.
Carry a flashlight after 6 pm — the forest gets very dark, and it helps avoid nocturnal animals like horses or reptiles (harmless if not disturbed).
Water is precious, especially in the dry season — please use it mindfully.
⚠️ Important: Collecting seashells is forbidden and punishable by law in Costa Rica. The same applies to bringing back plants, animals, or other living products. Please help protect the ecosystem.
Yes — we live in the middle of nature, and animals are part of daily life here. Our earth-and-straw home was designed not to be an “alien object” in the forest, but to blend in with the ecosystem. That means that sometimes animals find their way inside — and we welcome them as the true hosts of this land. We are the guests, not them.
In five years of living here (after many years in Africa as well), I’ve become very experienced in managing these situations. Most are harmless, and when they aren’t, I know how to handle them.
Scorpions: they are venomous, but not deadly — a sting is unpleasant, nothing more.
Snakes: extra vigilance is needed only at night during the early dry season, when they move to find new shelter. They help regulate rodents.
Tarantulas: non-venomous, calm, and increasingly considered “domestic” spiders. They don’t jump.
Limpiadores (army ants): occasionally they enter the house for a few hours to do their “cleaning work,” clearing scorpions and other insects. When they come, we step aside — they do us a service.
Howler monkeys: completely peaceful, eating only leaves. You’ll hear their signature calls at sunrise and sunset.
Raccoons, foxes, armadillos, iguanas: curious visitors at the compost pile, but entirely pacifist.
Big cats (pumas or jaguars) still live in the far mountains, but sadly human development keeps them away. If we ever saw one, it would run immediately — they avoid humans.
Living here means accepting the unexpected. Fear is sometimes part of the process, but also part of the retreat experience: stepping out of your comfort zone, reconnecting with nature, and realizing how safe and intelligent this ecosystem really is. I am here to keep you protected and supported every step of the way.
