It asks for reflection, for clarity, for a real “yes” from you. That’s why there are a lot of words here — so that by the time you step into this space, you know exactly what you are saying yes to. I stand on two foundations: One foot in the measurable, the observable, the grounded. The other in the unseen, the ancestral, the spiritual.For me, HOLISM means understanding a human being as an indivisible whole — body, mind, and spirit — where each part constantly shapes and is shaped by the others. You cannot change one without affecting the rest.EPIGENETICS is science’s way of confirming what many ancient traditions have known for centuries: our environment — physical, emotional, spiritual — shapes the way our genes express themselves. What we eat, how we move, the quality of our sleep, the safety we feel, the stories we tell ourselves — all of it leaves a trace. Change the environment, and the body, the mind, and life itself begin to change too.
This is why the retreat is not about teaching you what to believe, but about creating the conditions for you to experience for yourself how change happens. From the measurable — like how natural light resets your melatonin cycles — to the subtle — like how a rested body creates space for emotional clarity, which in turn opens the way to more aligned life choices.

- The opening of consciousness through plant medicine journeys in Colombia and Costa Rica.
- The Medicine Wheel teachings of the North American Twisted Hair tradition — whose purpose is to braid together all ancestral knowledge to guide us back into balance with nature and with ourselves.
